Day 2, Saturday: Biking in Brønøysund area or island jumping to Vega - Optional distance.
You travel by ferry to Vega, where you have more opportunities to make trips by bike and / or walking tours. Ferry back to Brønnøysund in the afternoon.

Day 3, Sunday: Biking, and island jumping from Brønnøysund to Herøy - 60 km.
This is a long day trip, but relatively easy biking on paved roads. You make 3 ferry crossings along the way. It is also possible to make part of the trip by local bus.
Accommodation on the island Herøy.
Day 4, Monday: Biking on the island Herøy and island hopping to Dønna - min. 28 km.
At the island Dønna you can study the map, and extend your trip with nice detours across the island.
We recommend a trip north, to Dønnesfjellet and the restaurant "Dønnesfjellstua" 127 meters above sea level. Here you can enjoy great views of the islands and, further north where you are going the coming days. Ferry from Bjørn at the island Dønnes to Sandnessjøen.
Accommodation in Sandnessjøen.
Day 5, Tuesday: Biking in Sandnessjøen Area + boat to the island Lovund.
We recommend a trip back to Alstahaug and Petter Dass Museum, which is 40 km roundtrip.
Local Express in the afternoon, to the island Lovund.
Dinner and accommodation in Lovund.
Since the islands of Lovund and Træna only a few km of roads, and the boat that goes there only takes a few bikes (no reservations), we recommend that you return the bikes at Sandnessjøen, before taking the Expressboat to Lovund.
Day 6, Wednesday: Excursion to the island Træna, or a day off at Lovund.
We recommend a day trip to the island Træna, one of Norway's smallest municipality with 470 residents. If you bring your bike, you have a few km of roads to ride on, but also nice to do hiking. At Træna you can explore the famous rock formations, Trænstaven and Kirkhelleren, which rises vertically from the sea. The Petter Dass chapel is also worth a visit.
On Lovund we recommend a trip to the top of Lovund Mountain 623 m.a.s.l., with fantastic views in all directions.
It is also possible to join a fishing trip, etc.
Dinner and accommodation in Lovund.
Day 7, Thursday: Express boat from Lovund to Sandnessjøen, or Bodø.
Different return option (not incl.). You will receive more information in the tourdescription.
